If you love a good prison flick (like I do), check out SING SING, which is being re-released in theaters today. You can stream it as well on several channels.
Based on a true story about a prison arts rehabilitation project, this film stars the Golden Globe and Oscar nominee Colman Domingo and Oscar nominee Paul Raci. Their supporting cast is comprised of previously incarcerated prisoners who play themselves in this incredibly written, directed, and acted film that is sure to garner more award nominations.

The resiliency of the human spirit is what drew me into my profession. At this moment, particularly in California as we are reeling from the devastation of fire, the inspiration of those who overcame incredible traumas can be helpful in healing.
As always, I offer a complimentary 30-minute phone consultation on psychotherapy or hypnosis for anxiety, depression, addictions, trauma recovery, and more.
