Life begins and ends with a breath.
The average person will take about 672,768,000 breaths in a lifetime. Our lungs work hard enough. Why ask them to work overtime, doing something that is not in their job description?
As an ex-smoker myself, I promise you it is much easier than “they” say it is to quit. And while it seems like there is never a good time to commit to quit, the reality is that your lungs are dying for you to stop.
If you or a loved one is ready for this freedom and feel that the time is now to give up cigarettes, cigars, pipes, chewing tobacco and/or pot, I’d be honored to help with the gentle yet powerful process of hypnosis. Please click here for more information about hypnosis.
