I went to see Dr. Nancy few years ago. I must say that at the time I was rather skeptical about hypnotherapy especially after numerous attempts to quit smoking with all sort of methods. Nancy was extremely accommodating and informative and the outcome of our session couldn't be more successful. I quit smoking right away without any effort. Dr. Irwin is a PHD as well as a hypnotherapist. She is wonderful....easy to talk to and makes you feel safe and heard. She really helped guide me with hypnosis to stop smoking marijuana and helped with some sleep issues. It was made perfectly clear that hypnosis can't make you do/don't something you aren't REALLY committed to changing.
